Thea Rowe writes stories for women who have quietly asked God the same question for years and gotten no answer they liked. Thea Rowe writes about women who know better and stay anyway. She spent years in an industry built on hallways and closed doors, and she has been on both sides of a hard prayer. She writes for the woman in the pew who is holding something she cannot put down. The Knot She Could Not Untie is her first novel.
